5. Service Process
5.1 Confirmation of Receipt: The message confirming the submission of the repair request is not a confirmation of receiving the equipment for repair. Please wait for an email with a customer reference number confirming the receipt of the equipment for repair.
5.2 Shipping Instructions: Once you receive the confirmation, please send the equipment to the company headquarters at the address provided on the company’s website.
5.3 Approval Timeline: The approval process may take up to 12 hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
5.4 Repair Cost: If the cost of the repair exceeds 30% of the value declared by the client, the company will inform the client of this fact via email or phone before proceeding with the repair.
5.5 Equipment Value: If the client does not specify the value of the equipment or inform JackPhoenix Electronic Services of the maximum repair cost, the company reserves the right to determine the market price of a new device and, based on this, decide on the feasibility of the repair up to 30% of its value.
