All repairs are subject to diagnostic assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date. Customer approval is required before repair work begins, and payment is due upon completion.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of data stored on devices sent for repair. Personal information is used only for the repair service and handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
Software Integrity & Security
We do not modify manufacturer software, bypass security features, DRM, or protective measures. Repairs are carried out using ethical and lawful practices.
Service Process & Timeline
A submitted request is not confirmation that equipment has been received. Customers should wait for confirmation and follow the shipping instructions. Repair times depend on diagnosis, parts availability and complexity.
Warranty & Liability
Repairs and fitted parts are covered by the warranty stated in the pricing/service information. Back up important data before submitting a device where possible.
Mail-in Service
Customers are responsible for secure packaging and shipping. Shipping costs are subject to the policy displayed on the Pricing page.
